Foods That Keep You From Sleeping

Not sleeping at night? Many foods will cause you to stay up due to sugar levels, acidic levels, being hard to digest or causing a lactose backlash. If you are having difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, make sure you're not eating any of these foods before bedtime: celery, tomatoes, cheese pizza, alcohol, black bean chili, dark chocolate, candy, tacos, steak, carbonated drinks or broccoli.
