Types of Arthritis

January 5, 2016

There are two types of arthritis: Osteoarthritis and Rheumatory Arthritis. Osteoarthritis is a cold/wind in the body and should be treated with warming treatments such as castor oil massages, glucosamine and turmeric.  Rheumatory Arthritis is an inflammatory (hot) condition and should be treated with cooling treatments such as eating cherries, turmeric and aloe vera gel. Taking Turmeric is good for both Osteo and Rheumatory Arthritis conditions.
