The Energy of Herbs

January 15, 2016

Herbs are plants that grow on this Earth to nurture and heal us.  Every herb has a heating or cooling energy and are used based on the energy of the condition we are addressing.  Herbs also have affects on our bodies' metabolism.  If an herb is warming, we feel warm and our metabolism speeds up, if the herb is cooling it cools the body and slows the body down.  Everything and everyone is energy and knowing how to balance that energy as much as possible will keep us healthy.
