Eating is a spiritual process and should be acted upon as such. Not just blessing your food but eating in a peaceful manner with positive energy and focus. If we do this our food will taste better and process properly in our digestives system. When we eat while we're angry or harboring negative energy, our food does not processing well and will cause all types of digestive issues. In order to get the many nutrients we need from food, we must eat a large variety of fruits and vegetables with a varieties of colors. Our plates should look like a rainbow and the predominant portion should consist of a variety of colorful vegetables. Make every meal resemble the rainbow!
